We specialize with respected clients in the heavy industrial, manufacturing; food grade processing plants, chemical and processing; power and renewable energy; healthcare facilities, and mining industries, as well as federal, state, and municipal agencies. Due to growth, we need more talented lead superintendents to oversee upcoming work.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for attending pre-bid meetings, performing site assessments, and analyzing specifications and statements of work to ensure timely estimates of time, cost, and labor for large-scale industrial projects (30-50m). You will also be responsible for working with other estimator and field engineers to ensure projects stay on track for completion.
What You Need for this Position
- BS Degree in Construction Management and/or Engineering.
- Four years of construction estimating experience is required.
- Ability to estimate multiple projects simultaneously with proven time management skills.
- Ability to assemble multiple trade estimates.
- Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, both Public and Federal Healthcare/Institutional.
- A good background in Sage Estimating (Timberline) is preferred.
