Assist the Event Manager with the execution of events in our conference center.

Communication via phone and email with clients regarding the details of their event needs.

Creation of banquet event orders and communication of group needs to operations teams.

Communication with sales team regarding client needs pertaining to guest rooms.

Responsible for showing residential units on hotel premises to potential tenants.

Execution of documents pertaining to leasing of residential units.

Maintain data in rental portal to ensure accuracy of residential information and billing.

Communication effectively with tenants of on-property private residences regarding maintenance, billing, etc.

Acts as liaison between the hotel and 3rd party vendors as needed pertaining to the residential units.

High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 1 year customer service or an administrative role.

• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Must possess developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
