Summit Technologies, Inc. has a potential opportunity for a Computer Technician. In this role you will install, maintain and repair computer systems. This is a full-time role located onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Any individual hired will need to comply with all onboarding and annual training requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain computer systems within the organizational setting.
• Install computers, routers, and other hardware, update or repair existing systems, and troubleshoot problems with hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees and customers.
• Assess technical problems.
• Train users in the use of new hardware or software.
• Test and evaluate the organizations computer network.
• Troubleshoot network problems and individual user hardware or software problems.
• Set up or repair computer hardware and other associated devices such as printers and scanners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 or more years of similar experience.

Education/Certification:

• An Associates degree or a technical certificate.
