Ideal Qualifications:

• Direct benefits management experience is not required, though it is helpful and desirable.
• Strong interest in personal learning and self-discovery.
• Disciplined orientation to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Educational and professional experience backgrounds in accounting, finance, Human Resource Management, or other related fields preferable.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfort working with computer systems.
