Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Community Support Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Community Support Specialist you will be responsible for finding and linking members with internal and external resources as needed to meet their needs. They will assist members in managing outside stressors (legal, financial, vocational, etc.) according to the best interests of the members progress in recovery. The Community Support Specialist will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Community Support Specialist has responsibility for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources and other service providers as needed.

We would love to learn more about you if you:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience, substance use treatment experience, preferred
• Have or will obtain a valid Sate of Missouri Class E Driver's License
