Full-Time, Monday-Friday Days

• Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
• Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
• Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
• Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
• Evaluate social, emotional, financial and environmental factors in the home situation of patient’s referred to the D.O.T.S program.
• Assist with effective utilization of community resources.
• Serve as a resource for and collaborate with D.O.T.S, fire department and healthcare team.

Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Family Therapist (LMFT) or licensed addiction counselor (LAC) required.

Education Masters Degree in a Behavioral Health related field required.

Experience: Minimum of two years experience in crisis evaluation in a hospital setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
