Job description
An experienced Community Habilitation Worker is needed for an individual living in Saugerties, NY who is in the Self Direction program.
Duties would include assisting the individual with ADL's, working on goals and safeguards, shopping, recreation, cooking, home chores and participating in hobbies and interests. Areas of interest include art, music, math, science, history and animal care. The individual would also need assistance with learning time management, relaxation techniques and socialization.
Part-time up to 20 hours per week.
The agency that the individual works with is Access: Supports for Living.

- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
