The Commercial Services Sales Representative prospects new and existing clients within an assigned market area to deliver sales presentations; follow up with key decision makers; and sell services based on businesses’ specific needs for commercial plumbing.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, lead sources, and referrals
  • build a book of business through developing long-term relationships & customer loyalty
  • Maintain all client communication and documentation in CRM
  • Prepare sales presentations before pitching decision makers
  • Make daily calls to new prospects and client base to generate leads
  • Possess the knowledge and ability to communicate to clients the available services & pricing
  • Handle sales processes from start to finish including Service Level Agreements (SLA), reports and other documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Weekly meetings with Manager to review goals, customers contacted, and in-progress sales.
  • Act as company representative at sponsored activities, trade shows, chamber of commerce events to build relationships and increase company visibility
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent


Skill & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant sales experience. (Required)
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in a customer facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs. (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Previous experience in service industry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to achieve targets
