We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Sales Associate to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying and securing new customers. A proven track record of successfully generating new business and exceeding sales targets is a must-have for this position.

Responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities in the commercial sector, targeting key decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other relevant individuals and organizations. You will also be expected to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial sector, and develop targeted sales strategies. Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and using your strong negotiation skills to close deals with new customers are also essential parts of this role. Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and refine our value proposition and create marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience. Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and industry influencers is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving new business. Experience selling to commercial customers, such as Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other relevant individuals and organizations, is also required. A strong understanding of the commercial sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must-have, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
