We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Commercial Contracts Manager to support Menzies various departments in the USA and Canada to ensure fully executed and accurate contracts are in place with all customers.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in a contract administration role or related field, who has the ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and without supervision and who is proactive in terms of their approach with the customer.

Key responsibilities
The Commercial Contracts Manager will analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation. This position will be responsible for maintaining files which is comprised of original contracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, and any other supporting information required. This position works closely with other departments to ensure we have fully executed and accurate contracts in place with all customers. The Commercial Contracts Manager will negotiate contract terms and conditions between various internal parties and our customers.

Commercial Contracts Manager, USA, and Canada
Reports to: Director of Contracts and Compliance
Location: Grapevine | TX
Overview
The Commercial Contracts Manager will analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation. This position will be responsible for maintaining files which is comprised of original contracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, and any other supporting information required. This position works closely with other departments to ensure we have fully executed and accurate contracts in place with all customers. The Commercial Contracts Manager will negotiate contract terms and conditions between various internal parties and our customers.
Main accountabilities include:
- Collaborating with operation, legal, finance and commercial to ensure contracts' compliance.
- Obtaining contract-related information from relevant parties.
- Reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy, and resolving identified discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.
- Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation.
- Liaising between internal and external parties regarding contract development, negotiations regarding terms and conditions, and drafting and/or revising changes as
- Reviewing contracts for compliance with language guidelines.
- Secure customer contract signatures in compliance with the policies.
- Assist with contract department self-audit.
- Assist in routine review and revision of department policies and procedures.
- Carry out all activities of the role and processing activities (as above) as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures, and training to ensure the success of the operation including the following:

Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
- A self-starter with the ability to complete tasks without supervision.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Proactive in terms of their approach with the customer.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and/or opportunity.
- Flexible, professional, and discrete in manner
- Work effectively under pressure and attention to critical deadlines.
- Advanced literacy, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Possess advanced and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Initiative - makes active attempts to influence events to achieve goals self-starting rather than accepting passively.
- Strong oral and written English skills - ability to present reports and presentations in a succinct and impactful manner.
- Data driven – ability to co-ordinate and analyze various sources of information to form a clear picture.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Must be comfortable lifting 35lbs.
