D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC is a full-service general contractor, design-builder and commercial construction manager. We bring a team approach to projects, working closely with the owner and design teams in a variety of project delivery methods. For our Greensboro office, we are currently seeking a qualified commercial construction Project Manager. Solid understanding of how to coordinate and manage the dynamic relationships and components required for all phases of a commercial construction project.

Qualifications and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation and planning skills are required
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and Project software
• Ability to implement new ideas. Be an active member and leader within our company, actively participating in committees, making recommendations for new initiatives, and embracing new policies related to Safety and Quality
• This job requires 25-30% travel to and from job-sites
