We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for our locations in Jonesboro AR. Previous experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred. This position is full time. Benefits will be available including medical and paid vacation. Pay starts at $14 per hour. A background check and valid DL is required.

Major Responsibilities:

• To supervise the training and performance of janitors.
• Assist with the initial and continual development of work schedules for all positions in assigned accounts.
• Makes job assignments to other janitors after receiving instructions from supervision.
• Regularly perform inspections. Makes supervision aware of problems or issues.
• Assists any employee with their duties to ensure they stay on schedule.
• Ensures that closets are stocked with supplies and performs equipment inspections to ensure they are in good working order. Submits equipment repair requests as needed to supervision. Submits supply order requests as needed.
• To perform corrective or remedial duties as necessary.
• Perform fill-in or substitute duties as necessary or assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
