You will have Knowledge of:

• High volume of outbound collection calls and emails daily
• Contacting customers with professionalism and knowledgeable information
• Must update & maintain all customer records by documenting the collection account status in multiple computer systems
• Responsible for monitoring client accounts and reconciling in a timely manner
• PDF printing invoices and statements from computer systems and hard copy mailing to clients
• Taking credit card payments or E-check payments over the telephone
• Responsible for building relationships with customer’s accounts payable departments to facilitate timely payments
• Open communication with team members to improve all department procedures
• Committed to reaching our corporate collection goal
• Willing to complete any ad-hoc audit or research projects

You must have:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• You must be able to perform each Key Duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
• This is not an entry level position, require at least at 2 years of accounting & high-volume collection calls experience. College degree or as it requires demonstrable previous experience as a Collections Clerk. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Must be able to work at desk/computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on computer and/or related office equipment. Normal office/team environment with moderate noise levels. (remote position until further notice)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
