JOB SUMMARY: The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing superior guest service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas . All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and TheLineUP company policy and procedures. Some tasks will include: Handling cash and credit transactions at the point of sales system, Marketing and promoting specific events both on property and in public venues, Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner, Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis, Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with Hawaii Health Standards, Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Understand and manage the events calendar and point of sale tasks for all LineUp events.
• Review event profitability, upsell, and make recommendations for future business, event types and event types to avoid.
• Quality control all aspects of events as they unfold, including the food, beverage, sound, light, ambiance, cleanliness, staff appearance and every other detail
• Develops new and creative ideas for revenue generation and improving guest experiences.
• Responds to all phone, email, and walk in requests within 24 hours upon receipt.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Honolulu Liquor Commission Card
• ServSafe Certification
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational aptitude
• Eye for detail
• Must be a self-starter
