Mansfield Plumbing Products LLC, a manufacturer of quality china and plumbing products and part of the Organization Corona international family of companies, seeks an experienced 5 Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist for its Perrysville, Ohio facility located in the greater Mansfield, Ohio area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating toolpaths for a Thermwood 5 axis CNC router using PowerMill Ultimate software; selecting appropriate tooling for a variety of materials; creating fixtures and jigs; setting and optimizing machining feeds and speeds and operating machine.

Qualifications:

• Machining skills in soft materials; wood and machinist foam
• Machinist skills on sculptured surfaces
• Ability to create and adjust 3 & 5 axis programs for CNC router.
• Set-up and part fixturing experience
• Set-up tooling and accessory equipment and make necessary adjustments on CNC machine.
• Be able to handle projects from CAD model to physical part with minimal supervision.
• Possess an analytical mind that is able to do math calculations.
• Focused and detail-oriented with an ability to operate within and contribute to a world class engineering team.

Experience:

• Multi-axis programming, setup and operation - 3 years’ experience
• CAM software experience with programs such as Powermill Ultimate (Preferred) - 3 years’ experience
• CNC Machinist: 3 years’ experience
• Experience with Thermwood controller a plus
• Ability to understand and modify G code as necessary
• CNC machine preventive maintenance is a plus
• Manual machining background with engine lathe, milling machine a plus
