Positions are available in 1st shift (M-Th, 5am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (M-Th, 3:30pm-2am).

CNC Operators - Levels 1, 2, and 3

CNC Operator-Level 1

• Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently; caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge.
• Can read, understand and follow written work instructions, LIT's and related paperwork
• Preferably 1-2 years experience

CNC Operator-Level 2

• Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently; caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge.
• Can read, understand and follow written work instructions, LIT's and related paperwork
• Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/changes need to be made
• Preferably 3-5 years experience

CNC Operator-Level 3

• Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently; caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge.
• Can read, understand and follow written work instructions, LIT's and related paperwork
• Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/changes need to be made
• Ability to set-up and operate machines in accordance with process sheets
• Create, edit and/or retrieve CNC programs from system files & execute
• Perform non CNC equipment operations, hand work operations, inspections, saw-cut operations etc. as needed
• Preferably 5+ years experience
