CNC Mill Machinist - 2ND SHIFT
Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting standard production timeframes established for setups, cycle times, quantity and quality.
• Performs necessary quality checks of parts including the effective use of calipers, micrometers, and functional gauges.
• Maintains specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Must be able to select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on CNC machines.
• Review blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, learn new tasks and skills, and willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done right.
• Flexible; able to adapt easily to shifting priorities and adjust to change in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.
• Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work overtime when required.
• Able to work in a team environment and take direction well.

This is a full-time position with hours from 4 pm to 2 am, Monday-Friday. Additional overtime may be available.

A pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
