We build quality products and seek quality people who are dedicated to doing their best and making the world better. Currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our family!
- Develop machine tool centric manufacturing processes:
- Select order of operations
- Cutting tool selection
- CNC programming
- Design and implement robust work-holding
- Collaborate on in-process quality controls
- Operates CNC machine and other various equipment
- Continuous improvement and 6S:
- Diagnoses issues with the machine and parts programs
- Measures parts to ensure finished product has correct specifications
- Identifies material defects in raw castings and finished parts
- Corrects inadequate measurements
- Daily clean-up
- Mentors, trains and develops apprentices
- MasterCam software experience preferred
- Experience with multi axis machining
- Highly motivated
- Works effectively in high pressure environments
- Accepts constructive criticism
- 5+ years industry experience preferred
