About the Position

You will be responsible for the operation of our Swiss Turning and Eurotech CNC machines involved in manufacturing the diverse precision metal products run in our plant. This includes the supervision of product

runs to ensure the safe, timely, and quality production of the customer parts. The role involves understanding the scope of the projects, working with others to solve production hurdles, and taking steps to assure quality

standards. You’ll oversee every step of your assigned production runs to make sure that we pursue zero defects and achieve on-time deliveries. You need to thoroughly understand all that is involved in efficient running of the

machines. You’ll also assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facility as required. In addition, we will provide on-going training to help you with your career development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years CNC operating experience in metal turning
• Experience with Swiss CNC operation a plus
• Blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge
• Knowledge of using manual measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages
• Awareness of ISO quality standards as well as OSHA and EPA requirements
• Driven to step up to challenges and be a constant learner
• Exceptional at positively relating to staff, co-workers, and customers
