Seasonal Service Desk Assistant position is an opportunity to improve the skills of a new IT professional. The selected person will join the IT Client Services team and have the unique experience of being exposed to the various functions of the IT department, build working relationships across the bank and grow the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the IT field. The assigned projects will enable you to demonstrate your abilities and provide you with insight into specific areas such as execute Tier 1 support and troubleshooting of companywide technology infrastructure to include LAN/WAN, server, network devices (printers, WIFI, etc.) and applications. The candidate will assist in the support of technology initiatives including but not limited to the replacement end-user workstations. Construction of “How to” documentation for end-users, asset control, and daily operation of the IT Service Desk will be an integral part of the candidateship.

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT
Effectively support all department activities and responsibilities as the candidate will have daily interaction with all. Engages new processes, tools and systems in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Work with co-workers in achieving department goals. Optimally communicates.
PROVIDE EXEPTIONAL CLIENT SERVICE
Ability to identify problematic system areas, engage accurate support resources and execute timely communication to those affected by adhering to the departments Service Level Agreement. Collaborate with both internal and external clients & vendors as needed.

FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
High focus on accuracy to details in collaboration with all levels of staff, management and vendors. Ensure complete and accurate information is included in all communications that are technical in nature including service desk incidents. Enforce to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Actively working towards a secondary education degree (Associates’, Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree.)
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Experience with workstations, printers, scanners, servers, network disk storage, routers/switches/WIFI, telephone systems, peripheral devices and various network connected devices.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time standing while using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The ability to lift or move 25lbs on occasion is required. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas.
