Position Summary:
We are looking for individuals with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors & persons with a disability. Successful caregivers possess the following skills:
- Excellent caregiver skills in taking vitals, documenting activities, and providing assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and transferring.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for the client
- Willingness to encourage participation in activities
- Adherence to all professional standards for professional caregivers
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Care deeply and passionately for the well-being of seniors and persons with a disability
- Caregiving experience of at least two years (preferred)
- CNA training, HHA training, or similar experience/skills
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB skin test within 1 year or Chest X-Ray within last 5 years
