Care at Home is seeking a CNA with extensive experience to fill a field coordinator position. The qualified candidate will not only provide excellent care to our clients and mentor our caregivers but will also help provide peace of mind to the family members. Responsibilities include:

• Provide caregiving duties when needed
• Mentor and train caregiving staff
• Introduction of caregivers to new clients
• Spot checks and supervisory visits to ensure care plans are being followed, clients are happy, and caregivers are doing an exceptional job.
• Start up new client cases. Do initial assessments for detailed care-plan
• Maintain client and caregiver records
  

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST BE A CNA with at least 1 year of home care experience
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR
• Must have good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required
• Love the elderly and have experience in ALL types of care.
• HS Diploma or GED required
• 40 hours a week - MUST have extreme flexibility - hours range between 8AM and 8PM ( FLEX TIMES)
