Job Description
- Prairie Manor is a small Care Center with total bed capacity of 46. Currently in the low 30's.
- Available hours are Evening Shift 2:00p 10:30p. Housing maybe available in our attached Assisted Living Apartments.
- Qualifications: Must be certified in MN, and agency must be registered with Minnesota Department of Health. 2-step mantoux up to date, Background check, HIPPA competency, and Influenza during the season
