Holland Homes LLC is looking for an ambitious Closing Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, hardworking, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite programs. Applicant must be highly organized and efficient.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Assisting the broker with tasks to include scheduling, ordering materials, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for a high pace setting
- Completing documents in a proficient and accurate manner
- Maintaining an organized filling system of both paper and electronic documents
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Previous experience working a housing/attorney/real estate office is not required but highly preferred. Only serious and qualified applicants will be accepted for possible interview.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
