Overview:

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Clinical Support Staff Regional Lead to join our teams in Haywood, Jackson and Swain Counties.

What You'll Do::
The Clinical Support Staff Regional Lead is a member of the interdisciplinary health team and assists in the care of patients and clinic activities across a region, and also provides support with quality outcomes measures, patient schedules and clinic efficiency.
What We're Looking For::
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent deadlines and projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, providers, peers, supervisor or other collaborative community agencies.
  • Active participant in the BRCHS Performance Improvement program at clinic site.
  • Ability to communicate any real or potential clinic problems to appropriate practice management and risk management staff.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and exhibits professionalism in all interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • CSS Certification/Licensure (required), Specific Requirements include:
  • MA: Medical Assistant Certification or Registered Medical Assistant required
  • CSS Level 4 (required
