We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! The Hospice Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Hospice Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel.

1. Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel.
2. Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
3. Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities and in developing plan of care.
4. Attends IDT meetings with hospice personnel to facilitate coordination of care.
5. Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to Administrator and hospice personnel.
6. Assists in the interviewing process of clinical personnel and makes recommendations for employments of individuals.
7.Develops, implements and evaluates the orientation program for new clinical personnel. Responsible for orientation of new clinical personnel.
8. Participates actively in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities.
9. Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance to the CHAP hospice standards.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
