We are currently seeking a Clinical Liaison for our Conyers and Stockbridge, GA locations. This person will also work closely with patients and their families to educate and inform them of the process of care needed.

Specific responsibilities and skill set includes but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the growth of the location’s market.
• Develop, solidify, and augment relationships with healthcare facilities.
• Helps with the efforts to increase patient referrals by identifying new sources and developing positive relationships with all referral sources.
• Apply protective device upon request by physician as well as educate the patient and providers on its use and care.
• Schedules and host in-services and facility tours.
• Operate with an “on-call” mentality daily to perform in a time sensitive manner and adhere to all physician requests.
• Assist with administrative market development duties.
• Represents the company at trade shows and continuing education opportunities.
• Carries out market development plans created by the management team.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to create content for the market.
• Positively promote the brand and educates the community about the history and value of the company.
• Research and stay up to date on respective markets to monitor changes, trends and/or emerging needs.
• Coordinate the follow up of new referrals and leads.
• Assists Intake Coordinators, as necessary.
• Strictly adhere to all HIPPA standards regarding patient information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in MS Office and databases.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability in critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Experience may be substituted for education.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with medical sales or medical case management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid preferred.
