• He/ She has Bachelor’s, master’s, or other advanced degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, public policy, or related field.
• He/ She has 15 years of total professional experience.
• He/ She has 10 years of experience on infrastructure/Dams/Hydropower and irrigation projects associated with climate impacts
• Excellent attention to detail, complemented by strong organizational skills.
