Who We Are

We’re a boutique wealth management firm providing investment management and financial planning services (retirement, tax, insurance, estate, etc.).

We maintain strong relationships with our our wonderful clients and act as trusted advisors helping them plan and prepare for the future.

To that end, we are looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA) who can provide an excellent level of support for both our clients and prospects, and provide that critical infrastructure for this process.

The Role

The role of our CSA is to be the single point of contact for all our daily operational and servicing needs.

You will enhance the client experience and provide exceptional service, support the firm’s functions, as needed, and serve as administrative and operational support to the Financial Advisors.

Our ideal candidate works well as part of a team and does not get ruffled by high pressure deadlines.

The duties include:

  • Data entry, including entering meeting notes and processing paperwork for client accounts.
  • Administrative support that includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, responding to incoming emails, distributing mail, preparing outgoing mailings, and managing the calendars for client and prospect appointments.
  • Input data and maintain updated links in our client planning software.
  • Preparing Weekly Staff Meeting Agendas.
  • Onboard new client accounts, including assisting the FA to complete the documentation and applications.
  • Maintain client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring that client information and documentation is kept current.
  • Respond rapidly to client concerns and maintain regular status updates regarding their service issues.
  • Liaison between our strategic partners and our clients.
  • Create and compile service reports and financials for management purposes.
  • Stay current about company products and services.

You are a problem solver with a high work ethic, and you have a good understanding of technology. You are punctual, organized, and self-motivated. You are also detail-oriented and checklist-driven.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - 65,000/year. There is an additional bonus structure in place for production milestones and we have plenty of room to grow. We will provide training for the role and your specific duties. Once you pass your 90-day introductory period, you will be eligible for benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching contributions, paid training, and paid time off.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite programs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently solve problems.
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
  • Willingness to cooperate with clients and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
