Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client/Patient Services professional. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact between our organization and our clients or patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and patient care, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information or assistance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client/patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Client/Patient Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients/patients and internal departments, coordinating requests, resolving issues, and escalating matters when necessary.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client/patient records and databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation, forms, or reports as required.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor client/patient feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client/patient experience.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including healthcare providers, administrative staff, and billing teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients/patients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings or weekends if required.

Compensation: $18-25/hr.
