The Client Account Management job manages a team of experienced professionals that serve as a main point of contact for trust clients and delivers high levels of service and relationship management in support of trust business objectives. This job ensures overall client satisfaction regarding planned giving and charitable trust administration. This job maintains client relationships through proactive communication and owns policy and strategy implementation for short-term trust client account management results.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages the identification, research and developing of solutions for individual trust and client program issues.
Advises clients of on complex planned giving and charitable trust administration issues.
Works with other senior leaders in the firm to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources to achieve the short and long-term goals of the firm.
Serves as an escalation point for internal and client issues.
Ensures managers have a broad understanding of business and create an environment that fosters transparency, open discussion and trust.
Stays abreast of competitor and industry developments that could create challenges or opportunities for the organization's clients.
Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of trust client account management objectives and engagement, motivation and development of the team.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
