Location: Dayville, CT
Located at our Dayville site located in Northeastern Connecticut. Position is located 30 minutes from Providence, RI – Worcester, MA – Willimantic, CT – New London, CT
Client Access Team Specialist - Full-time opening in our Dayville Office. Client Access Team members process initial screening requests for services to insure a smooth client entry into programs. This position collects all information necessary to determine appropriateness for services, completes all required forms and collects client demographics and other data, including insurance information, initial authorization, and client fees. Strong customer relations skills, time management, multi-tasking, the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality are a must. Evenings may be required.
Client Access Team Specialist Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree plus two years relevant experience or High School diploma plus four years experience required. Excellent Computer skills required. Experience in health care environment including insurance verifications and authorizations preferred.
Client Access Team Specialist Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Client Access Team Specialist Salary Range: $17.70 – $20.03 per hour depending on experience.
Bilingual Spanish Fluency Range: $ 18.60 - $20.53 per hour depending on experience.
