Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Claims Processor to join our busy team in Boca Raton, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Claims Processor is responsible for handling insurance claims, obtaining and verifying information, corresponding with insurance agents and beneficiaries, and promptly sending Letters of Representation for the case to begin its process.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform general data entry tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as faxes.
• Analyze and process all claims and verify accuracy and correct information for all drivers involved.
• Record information as needed.
• Prepare and circulate reports as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:

• Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Experience with data-entry functions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Legal experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
