Job description
The Dominion Post is seeking an individual with strong organization and superior customer service skills to serve as a district manager in our circulation department. This individual must have a high energy level, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and motivational skills.
Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations associated with newspaper home delivery by carriers in an assigned territory. Must be able to recruit and train carriers to provide excellent service and deliveries in a timely manner. Think of your district as your own business. Run and manage your district as you see fit to meet the goals of the department. Efficiency and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance.
Prior sales experience, customer service experience, and computer skills are important. Individual must be organized and able to multi-task.
Candidates must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and adequate transportation.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 + per year
