Day to Day Responsibilities for this position include:

· Creating an exceptional experience for each and every patient in our office (scheduling, phone calls, care and connection).

· Performing Insight Nervous System Scans (Unique technology that tells us how each patient’s body is functioning- training will be provided).

· Educating patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular Chiropractic care and a healthy lifestyle (training will be provided).

· Assisting with community outreach and marketing programs (occasional weekend hours required).

· Computer tasks (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, metric tracking, manual creation, inter-office communication etc.).

· Social Media Planning (We work as a team to plan our media together)

Extra training that will set you apart from other candidates:

· Social Media/Marketing Experience

· Customer Service Experience

· Office Administration Experience

· Leadership Experience

This is a Part-time (25-30 Hrs/Wk) hourly position within core hours as follows:

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00-6:00PM

Thursday: 12:30- 6:00PM

Every other Saturday: 8:00-11:30 AM

Remote hours TBD

Pay dependent upon experience.
