No Experience Required - We Teach You Everything You Need to Succeed!

Wushu Central Martial Arts Academy, the Bay Area's most reputable and successful martial arts academy is looking for awesome people who want to have a career doing work that is fun and meaningful. If you don’t have any prior experience we will train you in the martial arts from the ground up and teach you how to be an amazing instructor.

• You undergo intensive martial arts training earning you a Black Belt in 1 year.
• You learn how to be an amazing martial arts instructor and mentor.

This is What It’s Like to Work Here:

Day 1: You are a white belt and a "Leader in Training". You receive intense martial arts instruction. You are being educated on childhood development and teaching skills. You help manage students and assist senior instructors in providing amazing classes.

Day 30: You are a yellow belt. You continue learning martial arts and are getting the hang of it. You are getting better at connecting with kids. You start taking responsibility for small groups of beginners.

Day 60: You are an orange belt. You are improving and growing stronger. You are feeling comfortable teaching and have built rapport with both kids and their parents. Students look up to you and are excited to be in your class.

Day 90+: You are a green belt. You are feeling the confidence that comes with martial arts, and as you advance you are able to teach higher class levels. If you’ve been working hard and show great teamwork, you may be promoted to "Instructor." Keep it up, and one day you can earn your Black Belt. Our best team members can even become the Director of a new Wushu Central location as we grow.

• You have excellent communication skills.
• You enjoy physical activity and fitness.
• You are interested in martial arts.

Work Hours:

• Tue - Fri 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Sat 8:45 am - 5:45 pm

Background Checks:

• Criminal background check.
• Reference checks.
