Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all current standards are met for licensing, NAEYC, and Parent Aware
• Positive leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with the staff, families and children served
• Supervise all daily operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, implementation of the curriculum, and accounting
• Utilize social media and partner with local businesses to promote and market the center
• Maintain and increase student enrollment and conduct tours
• Ensure health and safety standards are being met
• Undergo required trainings and ensure all staff undergo and maintain all trainings required by licensing

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Rule 3
• Knowledge of NAEYC and Parent Aware preferred
• Must be lead teacher qualified
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills, organized, and detail-oriented
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience
• Minimum 2 years childcare management experience

This is a full-time position with 40 scheduled hours, and overtime paid at time and a half as needed.
