Job Responsibilities:
· Driving the company's financial planning and executing strategy.
· Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
· Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
· Supervise all finance personnel (Controller, Accounting Team)
· Manage vendor relationships.
· Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
· Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting.
· Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
· Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
· Oversee Human Resources (HR) operations by coordinating and managing the head of HR and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.
· Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company.
· Manage finance personnel and oversee financial Information Technology (IT) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities and working with head of IT.
· Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
· Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role in leadership.
· In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
· Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
· Ability to strategize and solve problems.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
· CPA is a strong advantage.
· BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
