At E-BEAM Services, Inc., Business Development and New Customer Acquisition is about experiments, trials and testing rather than traditional sales. This is where chemical engineering, business development, and production all merge into one dynamic and challenging career!

Electron beam processing creates beneficial changes in our customers’ polymer-based products. We make changes in material properties and performance with processes such as polymer crosslinking and sterilization. We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to work on our Business Development team providing technical support and trial coordination.

This Coordinator does new customer onboarding which includes collecting customer information, setting up the customer account, and facilitating payment arrangements. This Coordinator receives the testing product, sets up the test, attends the test experiment, records and reports the results, and ships the processed product back to the customer for their testing and evaluation. Once successful modification is achieved, the Coordinator helps create a job guide to document exactly how this product will be run each time it is in production.

This role requires:

· Chemical Engineering degree

· Technical writing skills

· Attention to detail & rigorous in follow up

· Skilled use of MS Excel and Word

· Ability to coordinate work and schedules with multiple departments and external customers

· Confidence in communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour
