- Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to help optimize or facilitate a change initiative;
- Building plans to support the design, development, delivery, and management of Change solutions, such as comms, training, stakeholder engagement, etc.;
- Driving knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Highlighting familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle;
- Utilizing experience with large-scale organizational change efforts;
- Showcasing proven success in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within the context of a large-scale organizational Change effort;
- Exhibiting active listening skills and empathy that will aid the extensive exploration of issues and challenges that are being articulated by our stakeholders;
- Utilizing enhanced communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Driving ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders and partners in PwC;
- Driving ability to establish and maintain relationships;
- Influencing and inspiring others and moving toward a common vision or goal;
- Remaining flexible and adaptable, while remaining comfortable with ambiguous challenges and situations;
- Remaining organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
- Working effectively with all levels in an organization;
- Demonstrating ability to be a team player, while working collaboratively with, and through, others;
- Showcasing acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges; and,
