We are an assisted living, community for individuals living with Alzheimer's/Dementia, situated in Johns Creek GA. We are looking for dedicated team members that understand how to provide dignity to our aging residents by providing hands on care. We provide a home like setting for our residents who deserve attention to detail in their care. It is not just a job, but a commitment to our families loved ones. Do you have what it takes?

Responsibilities include:

Light housekeeping, laundry and dining support for our residents.

Provides personal care of selected residents, maintaining a safe environment

Assist with social activities and events.

Performs various tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse

Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with the residents, family members, peers and nursing staff.

The role of the CNA also includes patient advocacy and performance improvement.

We offer competitive wage with shift and week-end differentials and benefits package in a working care staff team environment.

*Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.

Salary: depending on experience

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Memory care: 2 years (Preferred)
• CNA: 3 years (Preferred)
