Medical Assistant

Job Description

• The pediatric medical assistant’s primary role is to assist the physician in charge at our clinical offices

• Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Patient interviews

• Recording vitals

• Administering vaccinations

• The medical assistant will be utilizing several healthcare technology platforms to perform his or her duties; thus, various computer skills tests will be administered during the interview process

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicant must be a college graduate

• Applicant must be able to report to our clinical offices in Daly City, California, Mondays through Fridays

• Our officers prefer vocational certificate holders for this position, including, but not limited to, the certified medical assistant certificate issued in California

• Applicant must demonstrate superior computer proficiency, which we will test in the process

• Extraordinary soft skills are a must; this will also be tested

• Please note that at this time all tests and interviews will be conducted online due to the fluctuating quarantine restrictions in counties in the Bay Area

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
