Job description

We are currently looking for detail-oriented and experienced staff to support our team in executing our busy private event schedule for weddings, corporate and social events in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist with set up, execution, and breakdown of catered events.

· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.

· Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.

· Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

· Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person.

· Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.

· Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.

· Ability to work well & communicate in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to jump in and assist wherever needed.

· Available to work a variety of hours, days, nights, and shifts including weekends.

· Get along well with others and be a team player!

· You will meet us at the event somewhere in Chicagoland, but mostly from Downtown Chicago Northward)

· Events typically last 4 to 8 hours

· You are free to turn down any event if it doesn't fit your schedule, but once accepted by you, you will be required to work event (Don't leave us in pickle!!!!)

Food Handlers Certification Required within 30 Days!

Food Managers Certification is even better - We love food safety!!!!
