Overview: This position is responsible for managing and creating all catering and promotional menus, including, cost management; training; production; and inspection of all catering food and beverage offerings.

Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily in various event venues and prep kitchens.

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing full-service catering and event planning with exceptional food and service. You will provide expertise in effective and creative menu creation, provide culinary training on an ongoing basis to catering staff, create recipes for all catering menu offerings including seasonal and promotional selections, as well as collaborate with event planners to develop creative solutions to custom menu requests. In addition, you are responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff to maintain exceptional service and food quality.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates have a culinary degree or equivalent experience as well as five or more year's kitchen leadership experience in a high volume catering environment.
