The Category Manager of Fresh Foods, reviews and tests new and existing programs and products to increase sales, total gross dollars, and market share. This role reports directly to the Director of Culinary and Fresh Foods and is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the Fresh Foods program.

Position Responsibilities:

· Support the vision and development of the Fresh Foods offered by Nouria, including testing concepts, reviewing processes, writing training materials, merchandising, and marketing.

· Analyze product and program profitability.

· Monitor sales and margin plans in accordance with personal and company overall goals.

. Leads multiple categories including growth, testing concepts, reviewing processes, writing training materials, merchandising, and marketing.

· Assist in the development of systems and processes to ensure all dispensed beverage experiences are operationally and financially executable.

· Train and coach team members on Nouria’s food safety and sanitation efforts, ensuring every beverage is served with the highest levels of attention to quality and safety for our guests.

· Work with field personnel to provide training, coaching and communication about new and existing programs.

· Be the expert in Fresh Foods programs, equipment troubleshooting and shrink and sales.

· Participate in meetings for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information to perform functions.

· Support the vision, long and short-term goals for the purpose of expanding dispensed beverage programs and keeping offerings current and relative.

· Support department resets, remodels, and new store openings as appropriate.

· Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

· Support Nouria’s co-brands.

Working Relationships:

· This position requires interactions with all levels of company employees from Board of Directors to store Team Members as well as interacting with many other departments within Nouria Energy.

Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Business or related field required.

· Successful 5+ year track record working in Dispensed Beverage initiatives.

· Solid knowledge of dispensed beverage equipment, types, functions, and comfort with reading technical manuals.

· Working knowledge of the supply chain and market conditions that influence it.

· Serv Safe certification.

· Experience interacting with local health officials.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Strong influencing, change management, and negotiation skills.

· Able to demonstrate a pattern of successful problem-solving.

· Demonstrate Candor; ability to respectfully communicate to and challenge senior leadership.

· Customer focused and results orientated.

· Strong analytical capabilities.

· Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)

o On site in Worcester Support Center when not travelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
