Now Hiring: Qualified Cashier/Server for The Howlin Bird in North Canton

The Howlin Bird, a popular restaurant in North Canton, is currently seeking a qualified server to join our team. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the food service industry, but also happy, willing to go above and beyond for our guests, and dedicated to maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations with enthusiasm
• Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly and with a smile
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by completing cleaning tasks as assigned
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment by communicating well with colleagues and supporting one another
• Be willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction

Schedule:

• Needs - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays
• Open Holidays, closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shortened hours on the eve of holidays.
