Kunes Country Automotive Management is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier to join our team.

Two Shifts Available

• 8-12 (1st Shift)
• 12-5 (2nd Shift)

At Kunes Country Automotive Group the Cashier/Receptionist plays a vital role in our organization by providing professional and courteous service to our customers.

Job Description(responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following)

· Answer multi-line phone system in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

· Ensure all calls are answered or transferred to voice mails if team members are unavailable.

· Receive payments for all service, parts and sales down payments.

· Reconcile cash payments made daily to reconciliation template.

· Stock in new and purchased units.

· Process wholesale deals.

· Order all office supplies as needed.

· Knowledge of Excel

· Strong work ethic and team player.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

· Exceptional commitment to accuracy.

· Ability to handle complaints from customers appropriately.

· Maintain friendly, professional and patient manner at all times.

Experience

· High School Diploma.

· 1+ years of cashiering/receptionist experience

· Automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right candidate

· This is a full-time position and typical work hours are M-F, 8:00 to 5:00.
