Now Hiring an experienced Case Manager for the City of Cambridge's Department of Human Service Programs for the Multi-Service Center! Make a meaningful impact by providing direct case management services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. As a Case Manager, you will assess clients' needs, develop and implement short-term service plans, negotiate on their behalf with landlords and management companies, and provide referrals for employment assistance and mental health treatment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, ability, and experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in providing case management, preferably with homeless adults or individuals unstably housed.
• Knowledge of housing and housing-related services and resources, fair housing laws, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
