Radiant Hearts Home Care is a growing non-medical Home Care Organization based out of Carmel Valley, CA.

Radiant Hearts Home Care is hiring and looking to add amazing, compassionate, and reliable caregivers to our roster. We are mainly looking to add caregivers who are comfortable and experienced providing personal care, but we are also hiring companion care caregivers.

Radiant Hearts Home Care serves clients on a 24/7/365 basis all over San Diego county, so we are looking for caregivers with all kinds of availability, both part-time and full-time. We need caregivers willing to work 4 to 7 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, 8 to 12 hour shifts, or longer sometimes. We abide by, and pay in compliance with CA overtime laws.

The hourly rate that we pay our caregivers varies, and is dependent upon shift length.

Caregiver hourly rates are between $17-$25.

We are pretty flexible when it comes to assigning our caregivers to clients. We will first make sure you are available to work with the client on their requested schedule, and that you are also a good fit for the client. We will then make sure we can come to an agreement on what rate you will be paid for that assignment. If you don't want the assignment, you don't have to take it, and we simply find the next caregiver on our roster who would like to take on the client.

Radiant Hearts Home Care strives to provide clients with caregivers who they are familiar, and comfortable with which means that we always try to provide our caregivers with ongoing, long-term clients.

We do not currently offer any benefits, but as our company grows, we plan on doing so in the future, Eventually, we would like to have the happiest, and best compensated caregivers in town!

Preferred experience:

- 1+ years of personal care as a caregiver

Requirements:

- Current or previous registration in the CA Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry (preferred)

- Valid drivers license (preferred) and proof of insurance, or reliable source of transportation

- Negative TB test within the last 2 years

- Strong communication skills

- Must be reliable. Our caregivers are the face and representation of our company!

- Must be able to pass criminal background check as per CA Home Care Services Bureau requirements

- Employees are subject to random drug testing. Due to the policies of some of the assisted living facilities that we operate in, caregivers are required to pass drug testing before they are able to work with clients in said facilities.

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear masks with clients unless client leaves discretion to employee.

We utilize a covid screening questionnaire, prior to caregivers clocking in every shift on company app.

• San Diego, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
