Hello Wonderful Caregivers!

Radiant Hearts Home Care is trying to find a caregiver/caregiver(s) who would be a good fit for a new client of ours.

The client lives in Poway with his wife and they are currently requesting care for him on the following schedule:

9am to 1pm OR 10am to 2 pm (4 hour shifts), on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

The Hourly rate for this client is $25 per hour. The start date is still pending, and they would like to meet their potential caregiver on Tuesday 5/16 at 4pm before start of care.

Here are some of the more important things they are looking for in a caregiver:

- Caregiver must be friendly, and respectful

- Enjoys conversation/ is a good listener

- Caregiver must be very comfortable with bathing and dressing clients

- Caregiver must be attentive during bathing and help client when prompted

- Caregiver must be comfortable with incontinence changing

Brief summary of the care plan:

- 90 years old

- May have mild dementia

- Client weighs about 180lbs

- Non ambulatory (uses wheelchair)

- Partial/Total assistance with transfers

- Partial/Total assistance with bathing

- Partial/Total assistance with dressing

- Partial/Total assistance with personal hygiene

- Functionally incontinent

- Uses a urinal

- Will require incontinence changing

- Simple meal prep

- Light housekeeping

- Occasional light laundry

Additional Details:

- Fall prevention

Preferred experience:

- 1+ years of personal care as a caregiver Requirements:

- Current or previous registration in the CA Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry

- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance

- TB test within the last 2 years

- Confident in ability to bathe client efficiently and thoroughly

- Strong communication skills

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear masks with clients unless client leaves discretion to employee.

We utilize a covid screening questionnaire, prior to caregivers clocking in every shift on company app.

• Poway, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
